Shine Everywhere

Working collaboratively with Brethren Press, the Shine Everywhere program seeks to help parents and their children and youth build a common language of faith and engage in daily faith practices. Program activities will include conducting comprehensive denomination-wide surveys about faith-sharing in families, hosting focus groups to learn about the needs and concerns of parents in Anabaptist churches and creating 12 to 20 family cohorts in congregations to help families build connections with each other and to test resources for helping parents and children engage in faith practices and peacekeeping. The two organizations will then publish resources for families and congregations, including home kits on faith practices for families and resources to help parents engage in conversations about faith with children.
