Christian Parenting and Caregiving Initiative

The Christian Parenting and Caregiving Initiative seeks to identify Christian rituals and practices that help Latino/a families integrate faith into daily life and assist congregations in strengthening ministries that come alongside and support families. Working collaboratively with Missio Alliance (an interdenominational network of pastors, ministry leaders, denominational officers, seminary faculty and publishing partners), Northeastern will gather focus groups to listen to the needs of parents and caregivers and ministry leaders, identify contextual Christian traditions and practices for nurturing faith formation of children within family life and produce resources for families.
