Together Lab’s Caregiving Toward a Horizon of Wholeness Initiative

Working collaboratively with five regional judicatories, the Together Lab’s Caregiving Toward a Horizon of Wholeness Initiative seeks to empower parents and caregivers of teenagers to create spaces of healing and faith formation amid a national mental health crisis. Together Lab will gather two groups – one for youth and a second for parents and caregivers – that will meet with mental health professionals and faith leaders to identify faith stories and Christian practices that strengthen relationships between parents and caregivers and teenagers and nurture the well-being of young people. The initiative also will create regional and statewide advisory teams to help congregations develop and enhance ministries that support healing interventions for families.
