Around the Table

Around the Table seeks to provide skills training for parents and caregivers to help them share their faith with their children and to help congregations strengthen intergenerational ministries that support families. PMA will gather more than 400 hundred pastors and professional and volunteer family and children ministry leaders into 50 learning cohorts to equip them to develop congregational ministries that help parents engage in home-based intergenerational faith formation activities with children. The initiative will support parents and caregivers directly through 25 intergenerational retreats for families and the production of resources on 12 topical parenting challenges. The goal is to reach more than 1,000 parents and caregivers through the retreats and instill in them the confidence and skills they need to share their faith with children. PMA also will create a digital platform to share resources about effective parenting practices.
