Disciples Home Missions

Disciples Home Missions (DHM) will enhance the Children's Worship and Wonder training program based on Godly Plan, to make it more accessible to children with disabilities, more diverse in relation to contexts, and more innovative in including music participation. DHM will work closely with Western Theological Seminary's Center for Disability ministry and host in-depth consultation with clergy and lay leaders serving African American, Asian and Pacific Islander, Hispanic, and Latinx congregations to revise the Worship and Wonder curriculum. In addition, DHM will pilot a week-long music training camp that provides opportunities for children to learn how to play guitar.
