First Congregational Church of Bridgton, United Church of Christ will create cohorts of rural churches to help them explore engaging models of corporate worship, mentor them as they dream big dreams, and help them support one another as they collaborate. Congregations will discover sustainable intergenerational worship models tailored to their specific regional and institutional needs. A summative conference and communal worship experience will offer the opportunity for rural congregations to learn from expert speakers, experiment, innovate, troubleshoot, and play even after the conclusion of their cohort year.
