Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church

Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church will support the wholistic spiritual formation of children within the sacramental and ascetical life of the church. The congregation will pilot a program by first improving the physical space of our church including child-friendly pews, icons at a child's level, books that explain the liturgy for ages 0 through 12 years, and replicable activities designed according to the Church calendar. The congregation will then develop a toolkit tailored to aid parents in teaching their children about church practices and traditions within a home setting and seek to connect children with service
