Reformed Church in America (RCA) will equip congregations to include children in worship. Denominational staff will partner with congregations in collaborative learning through listening and innovation. 8-10 pilot congregations will be invited to develop new ways of leading worship to prioritize the inclusion of children in worship, paying careful attention to context. Coaches and regional leaders will help mobilize and stabilize systemic support for ministries implementing and continuing the work.
