Southeastern Pennsylvania Synod (SEPA) of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) aims to better serve the increasing number of families who are choosing to worship together with their children. The Synod will create a toolkit for congregations, in partnership with the ELCA's national Innovation team, to explore the role of worship, learn to innovate, and enhance worship. Congregations will be invited to a self-paced process of innovation. Congregations completing their innovation process will be invited to online conversations six-times a year for cross-pollination of ideas and will be invited to participate in Worship Learning Labs twice a year to benefit from national speakers and practitioners (such as Godly Play) to increase the creative imagination of congregations
