The Fellowship of Affirming Ministries (TFAM)

Yvette A. Flunder Foundation, Inc. will encourage congregations to engage young children (ages 0-12) in catching the Christian faith and increasing knowledge in the inclusive love of God. TFAM will launch five cohorts of 3-5 congregations to train pastors and ministry leaders on relevant, informed, and innovative models of corporate worship and prayer that center the experiences of young children in their communities. Cohort ministry leaders will be provided coaching and an opportunity to apply for a sub-grant of up to $5,000 to support them in creatively implementing their training into an innovative program and/or model of intergenerational worship that is contextual, tailored to support their local worshiping community and most importantly drawing on the wisdom of children.
