Union Presbyterian Seminary

Union Presbyterian Seminary will launch a multi-phased and multi-faceted approach that listens to children, families, and congregations and their leaders as they identify needs, and responses by equipping them for nurturing children through worship and prayer. Initial listening will occur through four summits for four different audiences: Congregations, professors, individual church leaders, and families. The Seminary will launch Journey Groups for the same audiences. Groups will commit to check in monthly for three years of intentional Christian practices of worship and prayer with children and families. The Seminary will also provide monthly virtual events with experts, a cohort of artists, parents and children to develop resources and a roundtable for scholars to advise the phases and facets.
